Ultratec CapTel Center, Milwaukee July 17, 2007, Selzer-Ornst Company is pleased to announce it has completed the Ultratec CapTel Center project. The CapTel Center, located on the 12th Floor of the Reuss Federal Building in Milwaukee, will provide captioned telephone service for people with hearing impairments. This approximately 17,000 square foot new space includes a 96-seat call center, a training center, conference rooms, offices, breakroom and vending area, and multiple technical services rooms. Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Milwaukee August 21, 2007, Selzer-Ornst Company has completed the 230,000 square foot remodeling project at the Wells Fargo Home Mortgage facility on Parkland Avenue, Milwaukee. This project included complete remodeling on all four floors of the building and infrastructure upgrades including a new lobby and entrance, updated kitchen and restrooms, and new mailroom. The work was completed in phases, minimizing disturbances to the office personnel and allowing the business to remain open during construction. Friends of Housing, Milwaukee The Friends of Housing has selected Selzer-Ornst Construction Company to complete the buildout of its corporate offices, located in downtown Milwaukee. The scope of the project will include custom millwork, architectural series carpet, a designer color palette, and architectural glass. Frederick J. Miller - Employee Meeting Center, Milwaukee Situated on the first floor of Miller Brewing Company's Headquarters, this interior space was transformed into an extraordinary, modern interpretation of a 19th century pub. The innovative interior design displays refined detailing and utilizes high quality materials. A key element of the program was connecting the meeting space to an existing terrace, which allows expansive views of the Miller Campus. Summit Place - Blue Cross Blue Shield, West Allis Conveniently located just south of I-94 at 70th Street, Summit Place offers employees great flexibility for commuting and an opportunity to witness the amazing transformation of this commercial corridor. The newest member to this complex is Blue Cross Blue Shield who is relocating 750 employees to Summit Place in the May of 2006. The company will occupy approximately 150,000 square feet. KPMG, Milwaukee Selzer-Ornst Company has completed the interior renovation of KPMG's Offices at the US Bank Tower in downtown Milwaukee. The scope of the project included the complete renovation of 14,000 square feet of Class"A' Office Space. Finishes include marble floors, cherry doors, cherry wall panels, plasma TV's and glass doors.
